According to the court decision, he was found guilty of petty hooliganism and disobeying the lawful demands of law enforcement officers. The blogger was sentenced to 5 days of administrative arrest and a fine equivalent to 5 times the base calculation value.
According to reports, the incident occurred on June 13 during the Korean culture festival held on Taras Shevchenko Street. The blogger was filming participants while live-streaming the event, after which a conflict arose.
It is noted that festival participants asked him to stop recording, but the blogger did not comply with this request. Officers from the Internal Affairs and National Guard intervened in the situation.
