Three workers in critical condition were rescued from the basement of a building under construction in the Mirabad district of Tashkent. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to the information, yesterday, June 22, at around 18:30, a report was received via the "112" system about an emergency at a construction site located on Taras Shevchenko Street in the Mirabad district.
According to the report, the condition of three workers who had descended into a two-level lower basement to carry out painting work worsened due to the fumes from the paint.
Rescuers from the Main Department of Emergency Situations of Tashkent, who arrived at the scene promptly, removed the workers from the basement and provided them with first aid. After which, the injured were handed over to emergency medical personnel.
