By its Resolution No. 180 adopted on April 17, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Administrative Regulation for "Providing the public service for supplying households with domestic gas cylinders".
According to it, the public service is provided by the authorized operator through Public Service Centers or the E-IJRO portal (my.gov.uz). Domestic gas cylinders are provided to individuals living in areas not connected to the natural gas network.
The authorized operator registers the application data in the "E-gaz" system on the very day the application is received and checks the information specified in the application within 1 working day. Within 3 working days, it visits the applicant's address to study the situation on-site and formalize an inspection report.
If the inspection report concludes positively, two copies each of the agreements "On the Temporary Provision for Use of a Domestic Gas Cylinder" and "On the Delivery of Liquefied Hydrocarbon Gas" are drawn up with the applicant.
Based on the agreements, the applicant is provided with a corresponding account via the "Face ID" system. Subsequently, 1 domestic gas cylinder is delivered free of charge within 12 working days.
