Two citizens who got lost in the "Katta Chimyon" mountain located in the Bostanliq district of Tashkent region were rescued safe and sound by rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. This was reported by the press service of the ministry.
According to reports, on June 25 at 19:50, a message was received by the Tashkent regional department of Emergency Situations via the "112" unified dispatch service, stating that two citizens, after climbing the mountain for a walk, had lost their way and could not descend.
Subsequently, rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations promptly arrived at the scene and began search and rescue operations. Within a short time, the lost citizens were found and brought to a safe area.
It is noted that no one sustained any injuries as a result of the incident.
