Eight people were injured in a traffic accident in Turkey's Şanlıurfa province.
The incident occurred at the 15th kilometer of the Şanlıurfa–Siverek highway, passing through the Siverek district. A minibus driven by Ali A. collided with a fire truck belonging to the Şanlıurfa Forestry Directorate, driven by Murat Ö.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the fire truck and seven other passengers in the minibus sustained injuries of varying degrees.
Health, gendarmerie, and police personnel were dispatched to the scene. The injured were taken to Siverek State Hospital by ambulances.
According to initial reports, the lives of the injured are not in danger.
An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
