According to local health authorities, five Palestinians, including three children, were killed in an airstrike near the Al-Qassam Mosque. Their bodies are reported to have been taken to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City. The exact ages of the children have not yet been disclosed.
Hospital officials confirmed that the bodies had been received.
According to the media office affiliated with the Gaza government, the ceasefire agreement announced with Hamas in October has been violated 2,400 times by Israel. These violations include targeted strikes, arrests, blockades, and restrictions imposed on the population.
In a September report, the organization Save the Children stated that more than 20,000 children have been killed during the conflict in Gaza. According to the organization's data, at least one child dies on average every hour.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres described the situation in Gaza in November 2023 as a "graveyard for children."
At the same time, various parties are also issuing statements about restrictions on humanitarian aid entering Gaza, including food, medicine, and other essential supplies. Approximately 2.4 million people in the region, including thousands of displaced individuals, are living under harsh conditions.
