A group of young individuals were identified in connection with a video spread on social media, and measures were taken against them in accordance with the procedure established by law. This was reported by the Information Service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Tashkent City Internal Affairs Directorate.
It was noted that local traffic patrol officers held a preventive conversation with the participants and explained to them the requirements of traffic rules.
In particular, a law enforcement representative criticized the youths for moving while lifting the front wheel and for driving in the opposite direction on a road designated for one-way traffic.
"Is it allowed to move like that, lifting the front wheel? If an oncoming car hits you, who will be responsible for the traffic accident? You see traffic accidents involving scooters and mopeds. Among them, there are cases that have resulted in death and serious consequences. What happens if you fall on your head while lifting the front wheel and get injured? Also, you are coming in the opposite direction on a road designated for one-way traffic. Do you know that this is a violation?" says the traffic patrol officer.
