Earlier reports that a patrol post service (PPS) officer in Ohangaron harassed underage girls have been officially denied.
According to the Tashkent Regional Internal Affairs Department, investigations did not confirm these allegations. It was noted that the incident occurred on April 27 around 00:40 at night.
It was determined that the PPS officer was called by his 22-year-old acquaintance, A.K. (female), for advice. When the officer arrived, the woman got into his car together with her 14-year-old acquaintance. The statement emphasized that the underage girl had no relation to the officer.
At that time, 18-year-old A.Kh., along with four other acquaintances, allegedly insulted the officer and started a fight. It was also noted that he was not a relative of the 14-year-old girl.
Due to the involvement of a minor, the full details of the situation have not been disclosed. According to the responsible authorities, based on the investigation results, administrative measures will be taken against those who spread false information, and criminal liability will be applied when necessary.
