By Resolution No. 310 of the Government dated June 12, 2026, a new procedure aimed at providing housing to medical and pharmaceutical workers with at least 15 years of work experience in state medical institutions was approved.
According to this procedure, part of the initial down payment for housing purchased through a mortgage loan will be covered by the state.
Under the new rules, as reported, subsidy recipients will be able to purchase housing on a mortgage basis from the primary housing market in any region of the country, regardless of their registered area of residence.
Applications for the subsidy will be accepted through State Service Centers or the my.gov.uz portal. During the application process, it will be specifically verified that the candidate is actively working at a state medical institution and has at least 15 years of work experience.
According to the resolution, the subsidy will be allocated only once per family (to either the husband or the wife). Winners will be determined on a quarterly basis within the established quota, through an online random selection among candidates who fully meet the criteria. Each quarter, 125 candidates will have the opportunity to receive the subsidy.
A citizen who receives a subsidy notification may enter into a contract with a construction organization to purchase housing.
