A large fire broke out in a military area located in the province of Gelderland, Netherlands.
According to reports, the fire that started at an artillery range near the village of T-Harde has covered approximately 500 hectares. The presence of unexploded ordnance in the area is complicating firefighting efforts, so specialists are primarily working in safe peripheral zones.
The fire has not yet been fully brought under control, and extinguishing it could take several days. More than 100 firefighters and military equipment have been deployed to the operation.
It was also reported that a fire was recorded at another military range in the province of North Brabant.
