In the Criminal Court of the Shirin district, a petition from the prosecutor of the city of Shirin regarding the application of a preventive measure in the form of detention against N.K., accused under Article 97, Part 2, paragraphs "a", "v", and "zh" of the Criminal Code (intentional murder), was considered.

By the court ruling dated April 30, 2026, the petition was granted. The accused was taken into custody and placed in a pre-trial detention facility.
