In some areas of Tashkent city, hot water supply will be temporarily suspended due to preventive works. This was reported by "Veolia Energy Tashkent".
According to the statement, due to hydraulic tests on the heating networks, hot water supply will be limited from 00:00 to 06:00 on the night of July 9.
According to the company, preventive works are carried out at night in order to reduce inconveniences for residents.
"Veolia Energy Tashkent" notes that hydraulic tests are one of the mandatory stages of maintenance of heating networks. During them, pipes are checked under high pressure, and existing faults are detected in advance. This makes it possible to prevent possible accidents during the autumn-winter season.
Hot water supply will be temporarily suspended in a number of streets and neighborhoods of Mirzo Ulugbek district, as well as in some areas of Yunusobod and Shaikhantakhur districts.
In particular, the restrictions cover Mirzo Ulugbek, Buyuk Ipak Yoli, Qori Niyoziy, Muhammad Yusuf, Sayram, Tamarakhonim, Oqqo‘rg‘on, Parkent, Bog‘ishamol, Ozodlik, Yalangoch massiv, Toshselmash, the territory of Tashkent State Agrarian University, as well as Amir Temur shoh ko‘chasi, Mustaqillik ko‘chasi, Minor, Chingiz Aytmatov, Hamid Olimjon, Abdulla Qodiriy, Sebzor, Qoraqamish dahalari, and some parts of the C-1, C-2, C-5, C-6, C-12, C-15, C-17 and C-18 massivs.
The authorities apologize to residents for the temporary inconveniences and recommend storing hot water in advance for necessary needs.
