The head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, held a meeting with representatives of leading French companies, led by Claude Imauven, Chairman of the Uzbekistan-France Business Council under the International Movement of French Entrepreneurs — MEDEF International and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orano.
Saida Mirziyoyeva announced this on her social media page.
According to her, the parties discussed issues of further expanding cooperation in priority areas such as energy, education, water supply systems, transport, and urban infrastructure.
Saida Mirziyoyeva emphasized that these negotiations are a logical continuation of the recent high-level dialogue with French President Emmanuel Macron.
"We aim to expand cooperation in priority areas such as energy, education, water supply systems, transport, and urban infrastructure. These negotiations are an integral and logical continuation of our recent high-level dialogue with President Emmanuel Macron," she said.
This meeting is regarded as another practical step aimed at further deepening economic and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and France.
