By the relevant decree signed by the President of Uzbekistan on July 10, Sardor Umurzoqov was appointed to the position of Director of the Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms.
In connection with this appointment, he was relieved of the position of Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on Strategic Development. At the same time, the position of Advisor to the President on Strategic Development was abolished.
For information, Sardor Umurzoqov had been serving as the Advisor to the President on Strategic Development since July 2025. Prior to that, he worked as the Advisor to the President on Special Assignments.
