Three people were killed and five others sustained various injuries in an attack on the Moscow region of Russia, according to the Kommersant publication.

It is noted that, according to the region's governor Andrey Vorobyov, 81 drones were shot down in the region's sky overnight.

According to Vorobyov, unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed in the areas of Odintsovo, Naro-Fominsk, Ruza, Ramenskoye, Mozhaysk, Volokolamsk, Chekhov, Ozery, Istra, Podolsk, Stupino, Domodedovo, Solnechnogorsk, and Kolomna.

The most severe consequences were observed in the village of Pionersky, which belongs to the city of Istra. As a result of a drone crash, three people died and three more were injured. The incident caused fires in five private houses.

Also, in the village of Babkino in Istra, two private houses were damaged. In the city of Solnechnogorsk, a drone struck a multi-story residential building. As a result, two people were injured, and the building's walls and windows were damaged.

Another multi-story building in the city of Mozhaysk was also damaged. Investigative actions are being carried out by the relevant services regarding the incident.
