Muhammad Bilik, 28, was killed in an armed attack at a restaurant in the Bodrum district of Turkey's Muğla province. This was reported by Cumhuriyet.
According to reports, the incident occurred today, July 13, at around 00:30 local time at a restaurant on Bitez Beach. Muhammad Bilik went to the restroom while dining with three acquaintances. As he was returning to his table, an unknown person fired several shots at him from behind.
Initial reports indicate that the attacker fled the scene on foot and then got onto a motorcycle waiting nearby, leaving the location.
Panic broke out among those in the restaurant after the sound of gunfire. Customers quickly left the area, and emergency services were notified about the incident.
Medical personnel arriving at the scene confirmed that Muhammad Bilik had died from his injuries at the location. Subsequently, the area was cordoned off by police, and an investigation was initiated by the Bodrum prosecutor's office within the framework of a criminal case.
According to preliminary inquiries, the suspect had entered several establishments along Bitez Beach before the attack, searching for Muhammad Bilik. Extensive search operations are currently ongoing to identify and apprehend the suspect.
