The license of the non-state preschool educational organization "Rayyan Kids Land," where a case of violence against pupils was identified in Tashkent, has been revoked. This was reported by the Tashkent city courts.
According to reports, on July 14, the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court considered an application from the Ministry of Preschool and School Education to revoke the license issued to the family enterprise "Rayyan Kids Land."
Following the discussion, by a court decision, the license issued to this non-state educational organization on August 13, 2025, was revoked.
It was noted that the educational institution grossly violated the license requirements and conditions on six counts as stipulated by legislation. In particular, on June 24, teacher A.G. was found to have used physical and psychological violence against one of the pupils, stuffing a rag into the mouth of a crying child.
In connection with this incident, the Investigation Department under the Coordination Department for Internal Affairs of the Uchtepa District initiated a criminal case on the grounds of Article 110 (torture) of the Criminal Code. Additionally, a forensic medical examination has been ordered regarding the bodily injuries of some pupils.
This is not the first case of violence recorded at this educational institution. Earlier, in May of this year, one of the teachers was brought to administrative responsibility for causing bodily harm to a child and fined three times the basic calculation amount.
Let us recall that according to the law recently approved by the Senate, individuals who have been held administratively liable for violence against children will be prohibited from engaging in pedagogical activities in preschool educational organizations for one year.
