A Tesla driver was identified who nearly hit a pedestrian while passing through the intersection located opposite the Parkent market in Tashkent at high speed.
According to the Road Safety Service, during inspections conducted after a video circulated on social media, the driver's identity was established.
A report was filed against him under Article 128-3 of the Code on Administrative Responsibility (exceeding the established speed limit). The vehicle was temporarily placed in a fine impound lot.
The documents were reviewed in the Chilonzor District Criminal Court, and the driver was deprived of the right to drive vehicles. Additionally, a fine of 10 million 300 thousand soums was imposed on him.
According to the decision, after the punishment period expires, in order to restore his driving license, he must retake theoretical and practical training at a driving school and pass an exam.
The Road Safety Service stated that if there are victims in this incident, they can contact the nearest internal affairs bodies or call the short number 102.
