The Competition Committee announced that it will accept appeals and suggestions from manufacturers and entrepreneurs who own national brands regarding the problems encountered in their activities.
It was noted that entrepreneurs can appeal regarding cases of unfair competition against local products, including the use of dumping prices, counterfeiting of trademarks, discrediting national brands, and incorrect comparisons.
Additionally, appeals will also be accepted regarding the acquisition, use, or disclosure of trade secrets or other secrets protected by law without the consent of the owner, obstruction of access to the goods and financial market, exclusion from the market, as well as imported counterfeit products.
Furthermore, entrepreneurs can report bureaucratic obstacles in doing business, problems in entering domestic and foreign markets, and other situations restricting competition.
Appeals and suggestions can be sent via the official Telegram bot of the Competition Committee at @rquzbot.
The Committee announced that it will study all appeals and take appropriate measures to resolve the identified problems.
