An administrative report has been filed against a driver who tied a dead dog to his "Damas" vehicle and dragged it in the Kamashi district of the Kashkadarya region. This was reported by the regional Internal Affairs Department.
It became known that on July 24 at approximately 13:18, T.D., a resident of the "Quyi Yangi" neighborhood in the Kamashi district, saw a dead dog lying on the roadside on the "Karshi–Shahrisabz" road.
The citizen tied the dog to the rear of his "Damas" car and began dragging it. At that time, the driver and passengers of a "Nexia-3" traveling on the road became dissatisfied with the situation, stopped him, and clarified the incident.
According to the Internal Affairs Department, documents have been prepared against T.D. under Article 111 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and sent to the Kamashi district court of the JIB for review.
