The amounts of "child allowance" and other benefits increased from July 1 have been announced
In Uzbekistan, as of July 1, 2026, pensions and benefits, as well as child allowances and material assistance paid to families included in the Social Register, have been increased by 7 percent.
It was previously reported that President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree on June 23 on "Increasing the amount of wages, pensions, scholarships, and benefits."
According to the new procedure, the amounts of child allowances paid to families included in the Social Register are set as follows:
▪️ For one child under the age of 3 — 386 thousand soums;
▪️ For one child aged 3 to 18 — 295 thousand soums;
▪️ Additional for the second child of the family — 177 thousand soums;
▪️ Additional for the third and each subsequent child — 118 thousand soums.
Amounts of other benefits and payments:
▪️ Material assistance — 450 thousand soums;
▪️ Old-age benefit — 878 thousand soums;
▪️ Old-age benefit for the mother of a child with a disability — 878 thousand soums;
▪️ Group I disability benefit — 1 million 209 thousand soums;
▪️ Group II disability benefit — 1 million 83 thousand soums.
Furthermore, as of July 1, 2026, the basic calculation amount for pensions is set at 504 thousand soums per month.
The monthly amount of material assistance for families included in the Social Register amounts to 450 thousand soums.
