It turned out that the person driving the car was a 17-year-old boy who rented the vehicle without any documents. Also, he did not have a driver's license.
According to the offender, he performed dangerous maneuvers on Bunyodkor Street, Mirzo Ulugbek Street, and in the direction of TTZ and Kokbozor. Shortly after posting the video on social media, road safety service officers identified him.
"I rented the car. I had no documents, no driver's license. I am 17 years old. I did this just out of curiosity. Neither my face nor the car's license plate was visible in the video, but they still found me", he says.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender under Article 128¹⁰ of the Code of Administrative Responsibility ("Road hooliganism"). Also, the vehicle was placed in a fine parking lot for temporary storage.
For information, according to this article, a fine of 50 times the base calculation amount or administrative arrest for up to 15 days may be applied for the offense.
