The criminal case involving former Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Bekmurod Abdullaev and other defendants will be heard in a closed court session. This was reported by the Tashkent city courts.
According to the report, the criminal case against Bekmurod Abdullaev and 29 other defendants, who are accused under paragraphs "a", "c", "d" of Part 3 of Article 167, paragraphs "a", "b" of Part 2 of Article 205, and other articles of the Criminal Code, is being heard by the Yangihayat District Court for Criminal Cases at the premises of the Yunusobod District Court.
Additionally, the criminal case against former Director of the State Assets Management Agency Akmal Ortikov and seven other defendants is being heard in the Mirabad District Court for Criminal Cases. They have been charged under paragraphs "a", "c", "d" of Part 3 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code and other articles.
Furthermore, the case against Alijon Ashurov and four other defendants, accused under paragraph "a" of Part 3 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code and other articles, is being substantively heard in the Bektemir District Court for Criminal Cases.
The Tashkent city courts stated that due to the presence of personal life information and other legally protected data in these criminal cases, the court proceedings are conducted in a closed manner based on court rulings.
