New tasks were set in Tashkent mahallas regarding improvement and employment.

These measures are aimed at creating a prosperous environment in mahallas, increasing the well-being of the population, and thoroughly preparing the territories for the autumn-winter season.

In the city of Tashkent, within the framework of the "Month of Improvement and Kindness in Mahallas", issues of improving neighborhoods, preparing for the autumn-winter season, and ensuring employment of the population were discussed.

The expanded meeting was held at the Alisher Navoi cinema palace in the Shaykhantahur district, attended by representatives of the Presidential Administration, law enforcement agencies, utility services, officials of the "Mahalla" association, and chairmen of mahallas in the capital. About 1,200 officials and executives participated in the meeting.

The following priority tasks were identified at the meeting:

To accelerate works on improving and greening streets, yards, ditches, and boulevards;

To develop projects aimed at eliminating infrastructure problems in mahallas and to shape them with the participation of the population;

To establish systematic work with mahalla banks on involving unemployed citizens in gainful labor;

To implement specific measures to improve the quality of utility services and reduce accounts receivable.

Specific assignments were also given to those responsible for resolving infrastructure problems in mahallas, involving unemployed citizens in gainful labor, improving the quality of utility services, and reducing debt.

It was noted that these measures are aimed at creating a prosperous environment in mahallas, increasing the well-being of the population, and thoroughly preparing the territories for the autumn-winter season.
