An inspection was conducted in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent regarding construction situations in the areas of children's playgrounds and sports grounds.
In particular, the territory of school No. 271 located at 41 Amir Temur Avenue was checked.
During the study, it was found that the land plot and buildings on the school territory were registered with the state on the basis of current documents, and also that there are no arbitrarily occupied land areas or illegal structures in the area.
It became known that on the basis of a public-private partnership agreement and a lease agreement, a 4,000 square meter plot of land was leased to LLC "ASIAN SCHOOL".
As a result of the study, the tin fences surrounding the area were removed and the land was restored to its previous condition.
Officials stated that control work on the legal use of social facilities, in particular children's playgrounds and sports areas, would be continued.
