According to the press service of the Syrdarya regional court, earlier, by the decision of the Saykhunobod district court on criminal cases dated July 28, 2026, G.I. (born in 2008) was found to have committed petty hooliganism, and a fine of 3 times the basic calculation amount was imposed on him.
The appeal filed by G.I. against this decision was reconsidered in the appellate instance of the Syrdarya regional court.
The appellate court overturned the decision of the first instance. According to the court's conclusion, because there was no offense in G.I.'s actions, the administrative case against him was terminated.
Additionally, the appellate instance submitted relevant presentations against the prevention inspector of the internal affairs body who conducted the investigation actions in this administrative case, as well as against the investigating judge of the Saykhunobod district court on criminal cases.
