It is noted that of the appeals received, 1,254 were in written form, 6,299 in electronic form, and 15,615 in oral form. Oral appeals were received through personal receptions, mobile receptions, receptions by responsible staff, and via the hotline.

When analyzing the sources of appeals, it was found that the largest number of appeals came through the committee’s short number 1159 and the Virtual Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In particular, 14,345 appeals were received through the committee’s short number 1159, and 6,690 appeals through the President’s Virtual Reception.

In addition, 310 appeals were received via the committee’s official email address, 342 via the website www.raqobat.gov.uz, 27 via the People’s Receptions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 76 via personal and mobile receptions of the committee leadership, and 124 via receptions by responsible staff.

According to the analysis, the bulk of the appeals covered issues related to consumer rights protection, compliance with competition legislation requirements, relations in the advertising sector, trade and services, utilities, communications, transport, and construction.

It was emphasized that the committee pays special attention to the timely and quality review of appeals. In particular, many appeals are being resolved positively on the spot during mobile receptions held in the regions.

Also, based on the analysis of appeals, systematic studies have been organized in about 10 areas.

As a result of the studies conducted, the interests of 10,459,182 citizens were protected, and a recalculation of nearly 59 billion soums in their favor was ensured.

The committee regularly informs the public about the results of reviewing appeals at the end of each quarter through its official information resources and pages on social networks.

At the same time, the state of work with appeals in the committee and its territorial bodies is systematically studied and discussed at board meetings. It was noted that disciplinary measures are being applied in accordance with the established procedure to employees who allowed irresponsibility in reviewing appeals.

The Competition Committee announced that it will continue its work in the future to review appeals from individuals and legal entities promptly, objectively, and with quality based on legal requirements, eliminate systemic problems, and reliably protect consumer rights.
