Citizens who witnessed the incident detained him and handed him over to internal affairs officers. This was reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city.
According to the report, the incident occurred on August 4 of this year at approximately 05:30 in the territory of the “Shirinobod” neighborhood of Yashnabod district.
According to preliminary data, M.Kh., born in 2004, committed an indecent act against an elderly woman while intoxicated. After that, he tried to leave the scene, but citizens who saw the situation detained him and handed him over to internal affairs officers.
In connection with this incident, the internal affairs bodies of Yashnabod district formalized an administrative protocol against M.Kh. under Article 183 (minor hooliganism), Article 187 (consumption of alcoholic products in public places), and Article 194 (failure to comply with a lawful demand of an internal affairs officer) of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility.
The collected documents were sent to the Yashnabod District Court on Criminal Cases for taking legal measures.
