A fire broke out in a multi-storey building in the Almazar district of Tashkent. There were no casualties as a result of the incident. This was reported by the Tashkent city Emergency Situations Department.
According to reports, today, on 5 August, at 02:19, a fire occurred in an electrical box in the entrance hallway of the 6th entrance of a multi-storey building located on Usta Shirin Street, Almazar district.
Based on the report, rescue units arrived at the scene at 02:25. The fire was fully extinguished at 03:58.
It is noted that as a result of the fire, electrical cables in the 6th entrance hallway over an area of approximately 60 linear meters were burned and damaged.
Rescuers evacuated 26 citizens from the multi-storey building to a safe area. As a result of the incident, no one sustained bodily injuries.
Currently, the causes of the fire and the amount of damage caused are being determined.
