Today, on August 11, strong wind and dust storms may be observed in some regions of Uzbekistan. Uzgidromet reported this.
According to the report, during the daytime, in some places of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Bukhara, Navoi, Tashkent and Samarkand regions, as well as mountainous areas, wind speed will increase up to 9–14 meters per second.
In some areas, the wind may be accompanied by dust storms.
In the capital Tashkent, wind speed is also expected to increase up to 12–14 meters per second, and dust storms are expected to rise in some places.
Therefore, windy weather is expected today in Tashkent and the above-mentioned regions.
