Massive drone attack on Moscow: fire broke out at Wildberries warehouse.

According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, nearly 600 drones were involved in the nighttime attack on the capital.

On the night leading into August 16, Moscow and Moscow Oblast came under a drone attack. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out at the Wildberries warehouse located on the territory of the Koleidino industrial park in Podolsk. This was reported by the Moscow Oblast authorities.

According to Moscow Oblast Governor Andrei Vorobyov, at least one person was killed and six were injured as a result of the attack. He called it one of the most massive attacks in recent times.

The authorities confirmed that the Wildberries warehouse in Podolsk was among the targeted objects. This facility is considered one of the company's largest logistics centers in Russia. Wildberries has not yet commented on the incident. Vorobyov, for his part, stated that there were no casualties as a result of the fire at the warehouse.

Additionally, a fire broke out in another warehouse building in Domodedovo. The governor called the facility a pharmaceutical warehouse. Local authorities and OSINT projects said that the "Severnoye Domodedovo" complex was in question.

According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, about 600 drones were involved in the nighttime attack on the capital.

That same night, Rostov Oblast also came under a drone attack. Five people were killed and another one was injured in the region.
