In Uzbekistan, nearly 83 thousand Cobalt units were produced in the first half of 2026. However, about 41 thousand of them, or 49 percent, were sold on the domestic market.
According to the data of the National Statistics Committee, 82,951 Cobalt units were produced in January–June. This is 9,855 units more than in the corresponding period of the previous year.
During this period, UzAuto Motors sold 40,936 Cobalt units on the domestic market. This is equal to 49 percent of the total number of produced cars.
At the same time, Cobalt's sales on the domestic market have decreased significantly in a year. In the first half of 2025, 67,580 cars were sold, while in the same period of 2026 this figure was 40,936.
As a result, Cobalt's sales on the domestic market decreased by almost 39 percent over the year.
