The chairman of one of the neighborhood citizens' assemblies in the Parkent district of Tashkent region and a person born in 1970 agreed to sell a 10 sotikh land plot from the state reserve to a buyer for 20,000 US dollars, and said they would have the relevant documents for the land formalized by giving 2-3 thousand dollars to the engineer of the district branch of the State Cadastre Chamber.
During an operational event conducted by employees of the State Security Service in cooperation with the Department for Combating Economic Crimes and internal affairs bodies, the neighborhood chairman, the cadastre engineer, and the citizen born in 1970 were detained while receiving 17,000 US dollars and 37 million soums.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against them, and investigative actions are being carried out.
