The Road Traffic Safety Service (YHXX) made a special appeal to students and their parents in connection with the approaching last bell ceremonies issued.
It was noted that due to the recent increase in cases of minors driving cars without a driver's license, large-scale preventive raids and promotional events are being conducted on the roads. It was emphasized that in some cases this leads to serious road traffic accidents.
YHXX appealed to students, urging them not to drive a car without having the right to drive.
“Dear graduates, do not put yourself and others at risk without having sufficient knowledge and skills in traffic rules”, — the appeal says.
Also, parents were asked not to give their children the car keys.
“Dear parents, do not hand over the car keys to your child on the pretext of last bell events. A moment of joy can later cause serious tragedies”, — YHXX warned.
For information, it was reported that recently in Kokand, a car Malibu-2 driven by a minor hit three 10-year-old girls, one of whom died.
