The 2026 Flower Festival taking place in Namangan has been entered into the Guinness World Records book. This was reported by the press service of the regional administration.
It is noted that last year, within the framework of preparations for the festival, 100 million flower seedlings were planted across the region, while this year this figure reached 150 million seedlings. As a result, Namangan set a Guinness record in the category “most flowers planted by a community in one month.”

At the grand opening ceremony, Guinness Records representative Sheida Subasi presented a special certificate to the regional governor.

Let us recall that the Namangan Flower Festival is expanding every year: in 2023 it lasted 1 month, in 2024 – 40 days, in 2025 – 50 days, and this year the festival is being held from May 24 to July 12.
