A video depicting a road traffic accident in the Zangiota district has spread on social media .
According to the Traffic Safety Department of Tashkent region, the accident occurred on October 15th at around 12:00 PM on the 16th kilometer of the road passing through the "Nayman" MCF territory in Zangiota district of Tashkent region.
The driver, M.Z., born in 1989, driving a “Vaz 2101” vehicle, violated traffic rules by moving to the opposite direction and collided with a “Niva” vehicle, driven by Q.Q., born in 1987, who was coming out from an inner street aiming to join the main road without adhering to the traffic light signals.
As a result, a passenger of the “Vaz 2101” vehicle, A.Z., born in 2009, sustained minor injuries and sought medical attention at the district hospital.
An investigation is being conducted by the Traffic Safety Department of Zangiota district police regarding this incident.
