According to the decree, from January 1, 2028, to January 1, 2040, the tax and customs privileges specified in the President's Decree will be extended for IT park residents that meet one of the following criteria (excluding VAT):
- legal entities whose total income for the calendar year includes more than 50 percent of exports of activities allowed to be carried out by IT park residents;
- legal entities providing IT education services where more than 50 percent of their graduates aged 18 and over have been employed by exporting companies that are residents of the IT park, throughout the calendar year.
From April 1, 2025, foreign professors and teachers with a scientific degree of Candidate of Science, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), or Doctor of Science (DSc) in the field of information technologies will also be granted an "IT-visa".
A program to support self-employed individuals in the field of digital technologies will be implemented until January 1, 2028.
