In Namangan region, conditions of state standard non-compliance for automotive petrol were identified at 4 fuel stations. This was reported by the press service of “Uzenergoinspection”.
During the control activities conducted in Namangan region in collaboration between the “Uzenergoinspection” under the Cabinet of Ministers and the Committee for the Promotion of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights, instances of violations at fuel stations were detected.
Specifically, when samples of automotive petrol sold at two fueling stations belonging to "E.P." and “X-2000” LLCs located in Namangan district were taken and subjected to laboratory analysis, it was revealed that the AI-92-branded petrol did not comply with the state standards (was of substandard quality).
This similar issue was identified at fuel stations belonging to “V.A.” LLC in the city of Namangan and “G.H.” LLC in Chortoq district, where the petroleum product was found to be of substandard quality.
Due to these incidents, the offending fuel stations have been temporarily suspended from participation in exchange trades until the deficiencies are rectified.
