“The Government Decision on Further Simplification of the Movement of Individuals and the Transportation of Goods and Vehicles across the State Border of the Republic of Uzbekistan” (No. 44, dated January 29, 2025) was adopted. The Ministry of Justice reported this.
According to the decision, the regulation on the procedure of vehicular movement through border crossing points using the automated information system “Electronic Queue” has been approved.
An authorized individual can obtain a queue number via the official website of the Customs Committee or in waiting areas where a queue management system is implemented.
If a vehicle does not arrive at the designated time within the queue management system, the obtained electronic queue number loses its validity.
Additionally, the decision approves the regulation on the procedure of using the “Fast-track” service by individuals moving through the state border crossing points.
This involves individuals or representatives of legal entities applying electronically or verbally during or before movement, either through the official website of the Customs Committee or through electronic payment systems.
The control of individuals making use of the service, as well as their hand luggage and baggage, will be performed in designated areas without queuing by state control agencies, except for the queue of individuals using this service.
The fee for using the service is set at 15% of the base calculation value (BCV) on the day of obtaining the queue for each individual over the age of 18.
