The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a decree on financial incentives for participants and disabled veterans of World War II, persons equated to them, as well as for labor front participants during the war period of 1941–1945, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the victory in World War II.
Accordingly, each World War II participant and disabled veteran will receive a cash prize of 10,000 (ten thousand) US dollars.
Moreover, each person equated to a World War II participant will receive an amount of 25,000,000 (twenty-five million) som;
Each labor front participant during the war period of 1941–1945 will receive a one-time cash prize of 3,000,000 (three million) som.
