In particular, the commander of the squad of the Tashkent city Protection Department of the National Guard, senior lieutenant T.A., born in 1980, was caught in the act with material evidence when he took 5500 US dollars at the "Ekobozor" shopping complex's parking lot in M.Ulugbek district in exchange for securing a job in the National Guard system for an acquaintance through his high-ranking colleagues, exploiting the trust of a citizen.
During an operational activity held in the Urtachirchik district of Tashkent region, the head of the National Guard's Protection Main Department's health camp, lieutenant colonel A.R., born in 1989, was detained while receiving 1500 US dollars in exchange for placing a citizen in one of the National Guard's protection units in Tashkent region with the help of his authoritative acquaintances, exploiting his service position and the citizen's trust.
Currently, criminal cases have been initiated against these individuals under Article 168 and Articles 28,211 of the Criminal Code, and pretrial detention has been applied as a preventive measure. Investigative actions are underway.
