Subsidies allocated for purchasing necessary equipment for starting their own business for members of families included in the Social Protection Single Register and the Poor Families Register will be replaced with interest-free loans.
These loans are provided for a period from 6 months up to 3 years up to 50 times the base calculation amount.
Citizens will be provided with tools and labor instruments (sewing machines, electric ovens, and others) necessary for reducing poverty through the State Targeted Fund for Poverty Reduction on an interest-free loan basis.
To receive a subsidy, grant, or loan, one must apply to the assistant to the governor at their permanent residence address or through the Unified Interactive State Services Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the “Online Mahalla” electronic platform.
