The law envisages amendments to Article 244 of the Criminal Code to hold accountable those who have undergone training for the purpose of committing mass disturbances and for financing such activities. The Ministry of Justice reports this.

According to the law, a person who undergoes training with the intention of committing mass disturbances, including acquiring knowledge, practical skills, and competencies to commit such disturbances, and learns how to handle weapons, explosive devices, explosive, poisonous substances, and other items that pose a danger to others during training is subject to a fine ranging from 300 to 600 times the basic calculation value or correctional labor up to 3 years or imprisonment from 5 to 7 years.

Additionally, if the person who committed this crime voluntarily reports their training to the authorities, contributes actively to the disclosure of the committed crime or to the identification of other individuals who have undergone, conducted, organized, or financed such training, as well as the location where the training was held, and if their actions do not constitute other criminal components, they are to be exempted from criminal liability.
