A report was made about the killing of a 42-year-old woman and her child in the Uzun district of Surkhandarya region, and their house being burned down. Within the scope of this case, the 50-year-old farmer Tohirjon Hayitov, who was involved in the investigation, was handed over to his family dead.
According to the final information provided by the representative of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman), the investigation and examination actions by the district prosecutor's office regarding the death of citizen Tohirjon Hayitov in the Sariosiyo district medical association on February 25 of this year have been completed.
According to the conclusion of the forensic examination on March 17 of this year, Tohirjon Hayitov's death was caused by a rupture in the area of cardiosclerosis present in the anterior wall of the right ventricle of the heart, due to hypertension disease, cardiac tamponade, i.e., the filling of the heart sac with blood and blood clots, and the compression of the heart within the heart sac. Furthermore, the conclusion indicated that there were no bodily injuries or their traces on the body of the deceased.
As a result of the examination, due to the absence of any evidence of criminal conduct, a decision was made on March 25 of this year to refuse to initiate a criminal case based on paragraph 2 of Article 83 (Grounds for Rehabilitation) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
