On April 7, representatives of a Chinese company visited “UzTest” to discuss an issue. On April 14, two C16 cars were retested and found to comply with UN Regulation No. 10. The Press Service of the "Uzbekistan Scientific Testing and Quality Control Center" reported this.
Subsequently, the “Leapmotor” company was conditionally permitted to launch these vehicles in the republic.
The conditions are as follows:
➖ In case of any defects identified, appoint an official representative in Uzbekistan to rectify these defects and compensate for the damages;
➖ Provide necessary documents for approval of the type;
➖ Take on the obligation to study and assess production processes.
