Starting from April 14, Uzbekistan Airways has suspended the acceptance of passengers with Umrah visas on the Tashkent – Jeddah – Tashkent route, the airline’s press service reported.

According to the announcement, the restriction is related to the launch of the Hajj 2025 program. From April 14, all passengers traveling to Saudi Arabia on the airline’s flights must have a return ticket to Tashkent and are required to leave the country by April 30.

“If any passengers are found to have remained in Saudi Arabia after April 30, the responsibility for any penalties will fall on either the travel agent or the passenger,” the statement said.

In line with the circular issued by the General Authority of Civil Aviation of Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan Airways’ flights on the Tashkent – Jeddah – Tashkent route will be cancelled starting from April 30.
