A third-grade student died after falling into an old well in the Olot district of Bukhara region. Hayat Shamsutdinov, the press secretary of the Prosecutor General's Office, informed "Darakchi.uz" about this.

It is noted that on April 15, 2025, at approximately 14:00, a 3rd-grade student L.J., who lived on Shodlik Street in the "Navruz" neighborhood of the Alat district, died as a result of accidentally falling into an old well located in the courtyard of an apartment next to the school.

F.J. a school security guard who tried to save him, also fell into this well, and his condition worsened, and he was hospitalized in the district medical association.

The scene of the incident was examined, samples of black marsh fluid were taken from the well, and an external examination of the body was conducted at the district medical association.
