The practice of registering products in 7 groups of goods with a high level of risk will be abolished. This was announced at the President's meeting here.

The list of goods that are required to obtain a certificate will be significantly reduced, and the practice of declaring product conformity will be introduced.

For the import of equipment, raw materials, special machinery, and transport, criteria for foreign high quality and control systems that are recognized in our country will be developed, and obtaining a national certificate will not be required when they are imported.

“In a word, we will facilitate the entry of products into the market and strengthen control over their realization. This has proven itself in international practice,”
 - said the president.

The authorities were instructed to develop the draft law “On Market Control”.

In general, if state laboratories for testing and certification are provided with investment from the private sector, it was pointed out that this will lead to quality and competition in the sector, and a decrease in service prices.
