It is noted that around 08:30, Sergeant Anvar Toshtemirov, a traffic police inspector, was hit by a Tracker at the intersection of Durmon Road and Mirzo Ulugbek streets in the capital.

The inspector, who was taken to the hospital, was diagnosed with multiple abrasions of the right and left arm, multiple fractures of the left pelvis, and bruises of the soft tissues of the left knee and leg.

"In order to avoid traffic jams, I went to the intersection and chose a convenient place in its center. Whether it came from the third row or from the fourth, I don't know, Tracker came and hit. My colleagues there, the National Guard, all of them came and provided first aid," the inspector said.
