On September 19 of this year, we reported an incident on Fayzli Tashkent street in Sergeli district, where a driver born in 1983, M.A., driving a BYD car, hit a 9-year-old girl, who subsequently died as a result of the accident.
According to the National Information Program, this case was examined in the Sergeli district court. The court sentenced the driver to 4 years of imprisonment with a 2-year suspension of driving rights.
"I was driving at a speed of 60-65 km/h. The girl suddenly ran out", said the driver.
